This was a great surprise. I wasn’t expecting much to be honest, I was just looking for a quick detective story to read before bed BUT now I’m hooked. Love the main character and I’ll be buying the sequel the minute I finish this review. If you like detective/crime stories and if you are a Peter James/Roy Grace fan, you’ll love this.

This book left you wondering who done it! So many suspects that just didn’t feel right, always something missing. The ending was bitter sweet.

Good storyline and well developed; some aspects of the participants could have been explored more thoroughly but, all in all, a good tale.

This book just pulled me in from the first page! Definitely will be reading more by this author!
